5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances: using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs or glitches; initiating chargebacks on deposits; money laundering or any financial crime; providing false identity information; and creating duplicate accounts.
Enforcement
k789 reserves the right to investigate any account activity it deems suspicious. Where a breach is found or reasonably suspected, k789 may: suspend account access pending investigation; cancel pending withdrawal requests; void bonuses or winnings associated with the suspected breach; permanently close the account; retain associated balances as compensation for losses incurred; and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable. k789's determinations in such matters are final.

Any player found to have engaged in fraudulent activity — including identity fraud, payment fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion — will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited. k789 cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to investigate and report fraud.
